Michael J. Dobert (Mike) has more than 20 years private industry human resource experience across several business sectors including healthcare, security technology, engineering, and finance / insurance services.  

During his career, Mike has held many dual roles in addition to human resources including appointments as Director of Finance, State Operations Director, Quality & Strategy, and Multicultural Marketing having led to high degree of business acumen and the ability to leverage HR services as a strategic business partner.
